There might be instances when you wish to show a special offer to only those who have seen and opted for the first offer that you displayed in another call-to-action or in case they’ve seen and opted-in through your subscription call-to-action. You can think of many such instances when you wish to display a particular call-to-action only when the user has seen another specific call-to-action on your website.
